On Friday March 27, 2020, at approximately 1939 hours, the Memorial Volunteer Fire Company along with Paramedics EMS 100, EMS 200, MEDIC 101, Delaware State Police Trooper 2 and Ambulance 42 were dispatched to Wells Road for a motor vehicle collision involving a rollover. Ambulance A-89 went responding with a crew of two. Upon their arrival, they advised of a single vehicle on it's roof with all occupants out of the vehicle. A-89 made patient contact and determined that there was one patient with minor injuries. All ALS along with Trooper 2 and Ambulance 42 were placed available. Engine Tanker 89-5 went responding with a crew of six with Captain Hunter Seaman. Upon their arrival, Captain Seaman assumed the Command. The crew from 89-5 performed vehicle stablization and assisted with clean up. Ambulance A-89 transported one BLS patient to a local hospital. Captain Seaman placed the incident under control. 89-5 remained on the scene to assist DSP and the tow truck.
