Nature: Structure Fire

Address: Forest Rd and Stockley Rd., Milton, DE 19968

On Friday afternoon, April 27th, the Memorial fire company was redirected from a pre-arranged standby / cover up assignment for Milton to a structure fire.

The initial inciden dispatch was for Milton (85) to be assisted by Indian River (80) and Lewes (82) for a structure fire on Forest Road and Stockley Road off of Harbeson Road.

Emergency response personnel were requested to report to the manpower pool for designated assignments

The Incident Commander requested the assistance of the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Officers.

It appears that the manufactured home was in the process of being taken apart and caught fire.

The entire incident is under investigation.
