On Sunday, April 15th, the Memorial Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a vehicle accident on Argos Corner Road involving a motorcycle. It appears that a Suzuki Motorcycle and a Toyota SVU collided on the Argos Corner Road.
The motorcycle collided with the SUV on the driver’s side front fender area causing damage to the SVU and significant damage to the motorcycle.
Emergency response apparatus from Memorial included Engine/Rescue Pumper #89-2 as well as Ambulance 89, the Sussex County Paramedics, the Delaware State Fire Police and the Delaware State Police.
Emergency response assignments included: patientassessment; patient stabilization; patient preparation for transport to nearby medical facilities; vehicle stabilization; scene stabilization; and traffic control measures.
The Delaware State Police are investigating.
