DSP Continued Helicopter Hoisting Drills - Shipping Channel

On Sunday August 16th, 2009 Delaware State Police continued their helicopter hoisting operations training out in the shipping channel. Marine 89 along with several other agencies took part as they did several lifts off one the huge tanker vessels that travel by here on a daily basis.
