Cover up assignment leads to Fire Assist.Friday, July 26, 2019
On Wednesday July 24,2019, 89-5 stood by for the Odessa FD while they held the funeral service for Past Chief Billy Shetzler. During the stand by, we were dispatched to an Industrial Fire north of Delaware City. We staged behind Engine 15. Ladder 12 & 18 extended to the roof. On scene were Squad 15, Engine 29, Engine 12 and Command 15 with Sam Boots. Chief Wally Poppe was on scene. Nice job by Career and Volunteers.
