It is with great sadness to announce the passing of life member Don Evans. Mr. Don was active member. Many people may remember him and his contagious smile driving the ambulance for almost every call that was dispatched for a many years.

Mr Don loved being on the ambulance or the boat. He was always one that could be counted on. Even though he had stepped back from driving the ambulance, everyone knew how much he missed it. He was one of the first ones to operate our old Marine 89 and he enjoyed telling stories about going to Arkansa to test drive the boat. If he was not at the fire house assisting with maintenance on the building or apparatus. He was actively assisting the auxiliary with every function. If he was not at the station he was with family or friends out on the water fishing. Mr Don will be greatly missed by everyone
